Hey!
I’m Rebecca — founder of Love Wellness and Flow, and mum to two gorgeous boys.
I’m deeply passionate about health and wellbeing, and I believe true wellness comes from the full picture: how we move, the food we nourish ourselves with, quality sleep, time outdoors, and the people we choose to share our lives with.
I’ve been practising Pilates for over 20 years. Alongside barre, hiking, running and cold-water swimming, it has completely transformed my understanding of the body, movement and breath. These practices have helped me reduce stress, improve posture and strength, prevent illness and injury, recover from two Caesarean sections, minimise back and hip pain, age positively, and build resilience from the inside out.
I trained with Body Control Pilates to their exacting standards and proudly hold Level 3 Matwork and Reformer certifications. I also hold specialist qualifications in personal training, performance coaching, running, menopause awareness, Bootybarre, stand-up paddleboard instruction, Pilates on the paddleboard, and First Aid. I am fully insured and committed to maintaining the highest professional standards.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people in midlife to create sustainable, healthy routines that fit beautifully into real life. Through mat and reformer Pilates, Bootybarre, and Stand Up Paddleboarding, I help clients find alignment and balance in their bodies — physically and mentally. I share not only evidence-based practice, but the wisdom gained through my own health and wellness journey.

Explore what we offer
Group classes are payable via a monthly subscription of £40, with payment taken on the 1st of every month.
The subscription includes:
Unlimited weekly classes, which you can attend in person at a venue or join remotely via Zoom
Four live online via Zoom classes each week, with the type of class rotating week to week; classes vary in length from 30 to 60 minutes
Access to the members-only section of the website for 24 hour access to prerecorded classes on demand.
One hour bespoke private sessions are available by appointment only.
Following an assessment of your posture and movement patterns, individual programs will be created. Private Sessions can be used to address specific postural issues, medical conditions or to enhance your performance in sports such as running, cycling, tennis or golf.
1:1 Private Mat Sessions £35 per hour.
1:1 Private reformer sessions £45 per hour.
All sessions are payable in advance.
All your pilates mat favourites …performed on a paddle board. The constantly moving board fires up your core and improves balance, and the calm of being on the water brings next-level mindfulness. It’s challenging, grounding and ridiculously good for the soul.
